Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

  • Merlin’s Father is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • The buyer accepts full responsibility once the package is shipped.
    If this occurs, please contact USPS or your local postal carrier to file a claim or locate your package.

Incorrect Addresses

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is fully responsible for the reshipping fee.

Tariffs & Shipping Delays

  • Customs fees, tariffs, or international duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Shipping delays caused by the postal service are out of our control.

  • We will always reach out via Email or sometimes DM if needed and will ensure you ultimately receive your order.
